No — the advertisement budget (ad spend) is always the client's own investment, separate from the package fee. The package covers campaign setup, ad creative design, targeting strategy, management, and performance reporting. The actual money spent on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube ads is paid directly by the client to those platforms.

Yes — you choose the mix. The total number of posts (20, 30, or 40 depending on your package) can be distributed however you like. You can ask for all product posts, or a mix of product posts, sale posts, and offer posts. The only requirement is that the total stays within your package limit. Whatever you tell us, we design.

The Starter and Growth packages include 3 rounds of revisions per product design. The Elite package includes unlimited revisions. A revision round means you review what was designed, give feedback, and we update accordingly. We want you to be 100% happy with every design.

The store, branding, and packaging deliverables are typically completed in the first 4–6 weeks. SEO and social media content are delivered on an ongoing monthly basis throughout the package duration. Ads are launched once the store and content are live. The exact timeline is shared at the start of the project.

After the package period, the store, domain, and all designed assets are fully yours. You can choose to continue with a monthly retainer for SEO and ads, or manage independently. We will always provide you with all source files and access credentials at the end of the project.

Yes — if you start with the Starter Package and want to add ads or more SEO later, we can discuss a top-up at the adjusted rate. Upgrading to a higher tier at the start is always more cost-effective, but we understand budgets and will always work with you to find the right solution.
