Swis MAX Solutions is specialist of customized website designing & development company where we provide services to our valued customers including website designing & development solutions with other valuable services. All the data used to represent products and information about company is subject to be provided by the customer therefore we take no responsibility in case of any copyright act violation by our customer wittingly or unwittingly.

We do not provide text or image contents on website for our customers so if there is any kind of issue regarding product images, text contents or any kind of data used in website please contact the website owner, we shall not entertain any kind of inquiry regarding purpose mentioned above.

Website Designing & Development Services

• For the designing of home page 3 days are minimum required.
• We will to customer 2 design of home page and you have to select one of them.
• Theme - When you done the theme then start the development time
• Maximum 3 designs are included in package if you need more Design / Template then company will be charge 10,000 PKR per design.
• Website & other all content will be provide by customer.
• Content will be provide by customer in the time line given by us. (Otherwise customer will be responsible for delay)
• 1st time Basic SEO Setting included in website designing & development but advance OR monthly SEO not included in these packages.
• In website designing & development cost website monthly maintenance are not included.
• Social Media Management, Handling, Branding, Promotion & SEO not included in these package
• Maximum 2 visits are allowed in this package (each visit time maximum 2 hours / Extra 1 Hour 3000 PKR), If you need more visits from us we will charge advance 5000 PKR + Petrol each visit.
• 50% remaining amount will be pay at the time of final uploading on your hosting.
• 25 Pages are allowed in these package if you need more pages we will charge 1000 PKR for simple content page & 5000 PKR will be charge for form page.
• Time duration of any project / packages is 30 days after the completion of duration period the project will be nill and void if you want Addition/Changing/Redesign/Redevelopment/Restureture/Content Pasting/Content Correction you have to repurchse again this service/package. (Imp Note: No any payment will be refund.)

Project Time Lines/Duration

• **Static website will be complete in 10 to 14 days after design confirmation.
• **CMS website will be complete in 15 to 20 days after design confirmation.
• **Dynamic/Portal website will be complete in 45 to 50 days after design confirmation
• **Software/Cloud Base Software will be complete in 60 to 70 days after design confirmation

**If content not given by customer then time duration of project will increase according to provided content date

Website Maintenance Monthly / Year Packages

• 100% payment will be in advanced for monthly/yearly package.
• *After package limit Rs. 2,500 PKR charge per Job or Rs. 3,000 PKR per page creation.
• **If customer purchase hosting from Swismax Solutions then we will provide email support
• ***Traffic Analysis will be provided by customer request & any SEO report or work are not included in this package
• All prices are exclusive of all taxes
• Work performed over the monthly time limit will be charged at a rate of Rs. 3,000/hr.
• Logo /Design creation is not including in this package.
• Website new designing and development are not included in this package.
• Our service will not be available on Sundays and after 5 pm.
• if you want to cancel the package then you will inform us before 30 days.
• Your previous remained monthly limits of design will not add in next month’s package.
• Daily posts, social media posts, business card, logo, brochure, flyers and any brand designing not included in these packages.
• Product Photoshoot & Content writing not included in these packages.
• If customer submit any job, please take Task No. from our support assistance.
• Task Update & Status will be sent atomically on customer email
• If customer contact directly with our support assistance, then Swismax Solutions have authority to suspend your website.

Yearly/Monthly Designing Packages

• Payment Terms
  • We will take 100% advance payment for the annual package.
  • We will not start any job without advance payment.
  • Yearly packages are not allowed in monthly bases.
  • All prices are exclusive of all taxes
  • In annual package after finishing the limits of design we will charge 500 pkr/ design.
  • In contract 30 to 35 jobs per month allowed if you will use upto 35 jobs we will charge separately
• Jobs
  • Content will be provided by customer.
  • Customized content & paid metrials are not allowed.
  • If in case of customer need content services then we will be charge separately.
  • Our designers are focus on design base & theme in case of mistake in content then designers are not responsible.
  • In case of mistake/s in content then company and designer are not responsible because our designer just copy and past your content. We just focus on highlight your major content and subjects.
  • Customisation are not allowed in any package regarding price & jobs.
  • Logo creation, Food Menu, Corporate Branding, Advertisement Billboard, Backdrop & Building Penaflex is not including in this package.
  • You can design maximum 4 pages of each brochure (include front and back) every single page will be calculate 2 number of jobs.
  • Book and billboard designing are not include in this package.
  • Website designing and development are not include in this package.
• Deliveries
  • Your every order will be completed in 24 to 48 hours.
  • In contract 2 to 3 jobs per day allowed with maximum 3 revisions
  • Our service will not be available on sundays and after 5 pm. But if there is an emergency, we will give you our support.
  • Your previous remained monthly limits of design will not added in next month’s package.
  • In contract 30 to 35 jobs per month allowed if you will use upto 35 jobs we will charge separately.
  • If customers want decrease number of design then its will be not effect on price.
• Video Jobs
  • Video limit is maximum 20 Seconds. If your video limit increase to 20 seconds then we will charge according to video.
  • Mixing videos, text videos & Images video are allowed only.
  • 3D & animation videos are not allowed in package.
  • Customized Paid Sounds, Paid Music, Paid Videos Clips & Stocks Photos are not allowed in packages.
• Cancellation & Refunds
  • Cancellation accept first 15 days, Otherwise contract non cancelable, non refundable and non adjustable.
  • if you want to cancel the package then you will inform us before 30 days*.
  • On cancellation of contract the cancellation charges will be charged 15% of selected package price.
  • On cancellation, contact charges will be not convertble on daily bases / post bases / monthly bases.
  • if we committed with you any extra services in Monthly/ Yearly Package it should be mentioned on contract/agreement otherwise that services will be not acceptable.

Payment Terms (Starting for any Project & Services)

• We charge minimum 50% of total amount in advance.
• 50% remaining amount will be pay at the time of final uploading on your hosting.
• Domain & Hosting payment 100% advance.
• In case of of late payment from customer, you will pay payment in 15 days after uploading otheriwse SwisMAX will suspend your website with writen on website (its closed due to none payment)

Swismax Marketing & Advertisement

• In case of marketing & advertisement we are just handling your marketing and increase sales.
• we will charge 20% of spending amount of your advertisements.
• We will take 100% advance payment for the any advertisement.
• All prices are exclusive of all taxes.

Candidate Management Software

• Candidate Management integration will be proceed after payment.
• Any custom editing of features are not included in this package.
• In case of data losing / hacking - we will not responsible on 3rd party hosting / cloud.
• In case of data losing / hacking - we will responsible if you are using our hosting services.

Refund / Payments policy

• Domain & Hosting non-refundable in any case.
• After confirmation of design we will immediately start developing of website the payment will not be refunded at this stage. After completion of 60% project full payment is due on client in completion..
• In case of cancellation (from client cancel of project) all amounts & charges will be deducted without any discount.
• Designing/Corporate Branding/Product Designing/Social Media Designing payment will be non-refundable.
• Cancellation of Social Media Yearly Contracts time priod is 10 days after starting the project, after 15 days cancellation not acceptable.
• Cancellation of monthly contract customer inform us before 10 days of cancellation of contract.
• Facebook, Google, Youtube, Twitter & LinkedIin marketing payment is none refundable.
• If in any case your some amount is ramining on social media then its none refundable on cash, its just adjust in advertisement.
• In case of drone shooting payment is none refundable.
• If in the case of customer company / office will be permanently / temporarily closed or terminated then yearly contract / website / software development or drone shooting payment is none refundable.

SEO & SEM

Agreement shall be effective as of the time frame Customer signs up for SEO Services. Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice to the other, if the other party breaches any material obligation provided hereunder and the breaching party fails to cure such breach within thirty (30) days of receipt of the notice. Agreement may be terminated by SwisMAX .

• immediately if Customer fails to pay any fees hereunder; or
• if Customer fails to cooperate with SwisMAX or hinders SwisMAX's ability to perform the SEO Services hereunder.
• It is responsibility of client to provide required data in time, if customer does not provide it in time we are not responsible for poor ranking in SEO further the paid amount for this tenure in non refundable in any case nor we will provide any services in compensation for free.
• Minimum time for SEO result is 3 months please do not ask for progress report before that.

Drone Coverage & Shooting

Note: Coverage One package we are not covering any indoor office, head office, site office, labour photos, near points & under roof coverage.

• *Editing /Enhancement on only selected photos & videos
• First we will do survey of your location after completion of survey will start shooting
• Maxmium drone shooting is allowed for 1 hour
• Expenses are not included in any drone package
• If in any case FIA/Army/Ranger/Police/ISI collect/suspend our drone at location then client will be relese our drone from FIA/Army/Ranger/Police/ISI.
• In residential area drone shooting are not allowed.
• If any location wants permission then client will give us permission to shoot.
• If customer want any selected location coverage then you will inform us before payment.
• If customer want coverage out of Islamabad/Rawalpindi then customer will pay Patrol Expense, Tool, Expense, Accommodation & Foods.

Video Production/Making

Agreement shall be effective as of the time frame Customer signs up for Video Production / Making Services. Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice to the other, if the other party breaches any material obligation provided hereunder and the breaching party fails to cure such breach within thirty (30) days of receipt of the notice. Agreement may be terminated by SwisMAX.

• immediately if Customer fails to pay any fees hereunder; or
• if Customer fails to cooperate with SwisMAX or hinders SwisMAX's ability to perform the Video Production Services hereunder.
• for any video production/making minimum required 24 to 48 hours

Note: All terms & conditions are approved from our lawers.

Facebook Page Verification & Requirements

• 100% amount will be in advance with our service charges.
• If in this case your documents are not valid as per facebook then we are not responsible for any cancellation.
• if in this case reduce Page Likes / Followers we will be responsible.
• Page verification 7 to 8 business days required from facebook.
• Wikipedia content and account creation 3 to 4 business days required.
• Verification & content charges are not refundable.

Backup & Restore

• Website & Design Data BackUp

  After 3 moths Swismax Solutions is not responsible for Unpaid data backup services in case customer required data backup of Website OR Designing metrials then Swismax Solutions will be charge 100$ each backup.

• In case of hosting expiration, Swismax Solutions will be immediately deleting all data after deletion time of hosting.
• After expiration of hosting Swismax Solutions will be not responsible for any data.
• In case of customer will be delete Website data by self from hosting then Swismax Solutions will be provided backup maximum 4 week from current date.
• In case of customer need website/software/script backup after expiration of hosting, then Swismax Solutions will be charge 200$ for backup files
• In this case Swismax Solutions will be not responsible for any loss in data.
• After expiry of hosting Swismax Solutions we will not responsible for Database backup.
• We are just providing script backup after expiry of hosting, its will be charge.
• After deletion time of hosting we will be delete immediately all data from our server.
• If customer need any data after expiry of hosting then in case Swismax Solutions will be charge minimum 130$ for any backup service* if data is available at DATA CENTER.

Developer Service on Hourly Bases

• Before starting customer will be purchase minimum hours from company.
• 100% payment will be in advance.
• In one day customer will be buy maximum 10 hours per day with one developer.
• This is just for wordpress development hourly charges in this service designing, logo, banners, slides, content writing & other services are not included.
• Website content will be provided by customer.
• Checking, rechecking, testing & debugging are part of hourly service.
• Paid plugging, paid theme, paid widgets are not included in hourly service
• Charges will be not decide on minutes, 15, 30, 45 minutes are charges minimum 1 hour.
• Cancellation & refund are acceptable but spending time will be charged at cancellation.
