These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers — old, current, and new — of Swismax Solutions FZE, a digital agency registered in Pakistan and the UAE. All services including website design, branding, SEO, social media, drone shooting, and software development are subject to the terms outlined below.
All content, images, text, and data used on customer websites must be provided by the customer. Swismax Solutions takes no responsibility for any copyright violations arising from content supplied by the client. We do not supply text or image content as part of any standard package.
- These terms apply to all customers — old, current, and new — of Swismax Solutions FZE.
- All data, product images, and company information used to represent a client's business must be provided by the customer themselves.
- Swismax Solutions accepts no responsibility for copyright infringement arising from content submitted by clients, whether wittingly or unwittingly.
- We do not provide text or image content for websites. For any copyright-related queries, please contact the website owner directly.
- All terms and conditions are approved by our legal team.
Section 02
Website Designing & Development
- A minimum of 3 days is required for designing the homepage.
- We will provide 2 homepage design options for client selection.
- Development begins only after the client approves and finalises the theme/design.
- Each package includes a maximum of 3 designs/templates. Additional designs are charged at PKR 10,000 per design.
- All website content must be provided by the customer within the agreed timeline. Delays caused by late content submission are the client's responsibility.
- Basic SEO settings are included once with any web design package. Advanced or monthly SEO is not included.
- Website maintenance costs are not included in design packages.
- Social media management, branding, promotion, and SEO are not part of web design packages.
- A maximum of 2 visits are included (max 2 hours each). Extra visits are charged at PKR 5,000 + petrol per visit. Additional hours are billed at PKR 3,000/hr.
- 50% of the remaining balance is due at the time of final website upload.
- Packages include a maximum of 25 pages. Additional pages: PKR 1,000 for simple content pages, PKR 5,000 for form pages.
- Project duration is 30 days from start date. After 30 days, the project becomes null and void. Any additions, redesigns, or modifications after expiry require repurchase of the service. No refunds will be issued.

Note: If content is not provided by the customer on time, the project duration will increase accordingly from the date content is received.
Section 04
Website Maintenance — Monthly / Yearly Packages
- 100% advance payment is required for all monthly and yearly packages.
- After the package limit is exceeded, charges apply: PKR 2,500/job or PKR 3,000/page creation.
- Email support is provided if hosting is purchased through Swismax Solutions.
- Traffic analysis is available on request. SEO reports or work are not included in maintenance packages.
- All prices exclude taxes.
- Work exceeding the monthly time limit is billed at PKR 3,000/hour.
- Logo and design creation, website redesign/development are not included.
- Our team is unavailable on Sundays and after 5:00 PM.
- Package cancellation requires 30 days written notice.
- Unused monthly design allowances do not carry over to the next month.
- Daily posts, social media, brochures, flyers, product photography, and content writing are not included.
- All jobs must be submitted through official channels. Always obtain a Task Number from our support team.
- Clients who contact support assistants directly may have their website suspended at Swismax's discretion.
Section 05
Yearly / Monthly Designing Packages
Payment
- 100% advance payment required for annual packages. No work begins without payment.
- Yearly packages cannot be split into monthly instalments.
- All prices are exclusive of taxes.
- After finishing design limits, additional designs cost PKR 500 each.
- Contract allows 30–35 jobs per month. Exceeding 35 jobs incurs extra charges.
Jobs & Deliveries
- All content must be provided by the client. Customised or paid materials are not included.
- Designers focus on design and layout. Errors in client-provided content are not the designer's responsibility.
- Each brochure allows a maximum of 4 pages (front and back). Every single page counts as 2 jobs.
- Book/billboard design, website development, logo creation, and corporate branding are not included.
- Orders are completed within 24–48 hours, with a maximum of 3 revisions per job.
- Unused monthly design limits do not roll over to the next month.
Video Jobs
- Maximum video duration: 20 seconds. Longer videos incur extra charges.
- Only mixing, text, and image-based videos are allowed. No 3D or full animation.
- Paid sounds, music, video clips, and stock photos are not included.
Cancellation & Refunds (Design Packages)
- Cancellations accepted within the first 15 days only. After this, contracts are non-cancelable, non-refundable, and non-adjustable.
- Monthly package cancellation requires 10 days notice; yearly packages require 30 days notice.
- Cancellation fee: 15% of the selected package price.
- Contracts cannot be converted to daily or post-based billing upon cancellation.
- Any verbally promised extras must be written in the contract/agreement to be valid.

Late Payment: In case of delayed payment, the client must settle within 15 days of the final upload date. Failure to pay will result in website suspension with a public notice displayed on the site.
Section 07
Refund & Payment Policy
- Domain & Hosting payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Once a design is confirmed and development begins, payments are non-refundable. After 60% project completion, the full remaining balance is due.
- Client-initiated project cancellations result in forfeiture of all amounts paid, with no discounts applied.
- Designing, corporate branding, product design, and social media design payments are non-refundable.
- Social media yearly contract cancellations are accepted within 10 days of project start. After 15 days, cancellation is not accepted.
- Monthly contract cancellation requires 10 days written notice.
- Facebook, Google, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn marketing payments are non-refundable.
- Unspent advertising budget on social platforms is not refundable in cash — it can only be adjusted against future advertising spend.
- Drone shooting payments are non-refundable.
- If a client's business permanently or temporarily closes, all active contracts (yearly/website/software/drone) remain non-refundable.
Section 08
Swismax Marketing & Advertisement
- Swismax handles your marketing campaigns and works to increase your sales — we do not guarantee specific results.
- Our management fee is 20% of the total advertising spend.
- All advertisement budgets must be paid 100% in advance.
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Section 09
SEO & SEM Services
- The SEO agreement becomes effective once the customer signs up for SEO services.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material obligation and fails to remedy the breach within 30 days.
- Swismax may terminate immediately if the client fails to pay any fees or hinders our ability to perform SEO services.
- It is the client's responsibility to provide required data on time. Late data submission leading to poor ranking is not Swismax's responsibility, and fees paid for that tenure are non-refundable.
- SEO results take a minimum of 3 months. Progress reports before this period will not be entertained.
Section 10
Drone Coverage, Shooting & Video Production
Drone Coverage
- Coverage packages do not include indoor offices, head offices, site offices, labour photography, adjacent locations, or under-roof coverage.
- A location survey is conducted before shooting begins.
- Maximum drone shooting time: 1 hour. Expenses such as fuel and travel are not included.
- If the drone is seized by FIA/Army/Rangers/Police/ISI at the location, the client is responsible for its release.
- Drone shooting is not permitted in residential areas.
- Locations requiring official permits must be arranged by the client prior to the shoot.
- For shoots outside Islamabad/Rawalpindi, the client pays all travel, toll, accommodation, and food expenses.
Video Production / Making
- The agreement takes effect upon sign-up for video production services.
- Either party may terminate with written notice if a material obligation is breached and not remedied within 30 days.
- Minimum production time for any video: 24–48 hours.
- Swismax may terminate immediately if payment is not received or if the client hinders the production process.
Section 11
Backup & Data Restore Policy
- After 3 months from project completion, Swismax is not responsible for unpaid data backups. Backup services are charged separately.
- Website backup: $1,200 | Design/Branding backup: $100 | cPanel backup: $100 | Social media design backup: $100.
- Upon hosting expiration, all data is immediately deleted from our servers. Swismax is not responsible for any data loss after expiry.
- If a client deletes their website data from hosting themselves, Swismax can provide a backup for a maximum of 4 weeks from that date.
- Backup files after hosting expiry are charged at $200.
- After the hosting deletion period, Swismax bears no responsibility for database backup.
- If data is still available at our data centre, a minimum backup charge of $130 applies for any post-expiry backup request.
Section 12
Software, CMS & Other Services
Candidate Management Software
- Integration begins only after full payment is received.
- Custom feature editing is not included in any package.
- Swismax is not responsible for data loss or hacking on third-party hosting or cloud platforms.
- If the client uses Swismax hosting, we accept responsibility for data loss or hacking incidents.
Developer Service — Hourly Basis
- Clients must purchase a minimum number of hours in advance. 100% advance payment required.
- Maximum 10 hours/day per developer.
- Hourly service covers WordPress development only. Designing, logos, banners, content writing, and other services are excluded.
- Checking, testing, and debugging are part of the hourly billing.
- Paid plugins, themes, and widgets are not included.
- Billing is per hour minimum — 15, 30, or 45 minutes are all charged as 1 full hour.
- Cancellations are accepted, but time already spent is charged at the applicable rate.
Facebook Page Verification
- Full payment including our service charges must be made in advance.
- If documents are rejected by Facebook as invalid, Swismax is not responsible.
- Verification takes 7–8 business days. Wikipedia content and account creation takes 3–4 business days.
- Verification and content charges are non-refundable.
Requirements: Valid company registration documents, company owner information, owner passport/driving licence/tax document, and a Wikipedia business page at least 3 months old.
